Salman Akram, an MBA (Marketing majors) from (IBA) Institute of business Administration, Karachi, is a seasoned logistics professional with a successful career spanning over 30 years, of which 16 years have been in senior management positions. Prior to his current position as Managing Director Muller & Phipps Express Logistics (pvt) Ltd., he has served at TCS (Pvt.) Ltd for 15 years heading various commercial functions such as Retail, Marketing and Corporate Sales, and then as Managing Director, and Chief Executive Officer. He has also served at Philips Electrical Industries of Pakistan in the lighting division for 8 years gaining exposure in product management, marketing & retail distribution. He is a strong believer in creating a successful business model based on customer centricity, employee development and growth, and operational efficiency through process improvement, automation, and digitization. Haroon Qureshi has been associated with M&P Express Logistics since October 2015. He is a Karachi University graduate and has diversified experience within the courier and logistics industry of 25 years. He had served rightly from Operations to Business and was an expert in solution selling and Project Management. Prior to joining M&P, Mr. Qureshi served 19 years in TCS, and his last assignment was Product Manager Corporate Business.

He has been associated with M&P for the past 2 years and is currently working as Head of IT in M&P Express Logistics. He worked across multiple industries, such as Financial Sector, Distribution & Manufacturing, in consulting engagements and has successfully executed projects across multiple geographies. He has a diversified experience of working with multinationals like PwC (Price Waterhouse Coopers), IBM Pakistan, and Dawlance Private Limited (a subsidiary of Arcelik Turkey). Mr Muhammad Tayyab is ex Armed Forces Officer. Served in Army for 27 Years and retired as Lieutenant Colonel. After retirement, he had the opportunity to serve in DHA Karachi for about 5 years. During his entire career of 32 Years, he served at multifarious positions related to Administration, Security, Huaman Resources Management, Procurement, Inventory and Vendors’ Management. After retirement from DHA Karachi, he joined prestigious and profession Team of M&P Courier in May 2023. He is heading Security, Administration, Procurement and Store departments.

Mr. Raymond Simkins (Ray), a British is a mechanical engineer by training and has qualifications from “Buckingham Technical College,” BSC. Mechanical Engineer and from “Massachusetts Institute of Technology, (MIT)” MSC. Automotive Engineering. He has joined Getz since 1966 and currently is the President of “The Getz Group”. He played significant & an instrumental role in developing and expanding the Groups Sales and Profits over the decades. He has been on board of directors for many companies as Director & President. Under his leadership within the Getz Group there has been great acknowledgements within the Asia/Pacific region. He is married, has 2 Sons, 5 grandchildren and are 11 members in “The Simkins Family”.
